 My Wife and I were very impressed at the speed that Mark accommodated all the aspects of putting our home up for sale. Within 24 hours, agreements were signed, photos of the home taken, data was uploaded to the internet, and brochures were being printed. Mark and his team coordinated and were present for each showing. They were very helpful in preparing our home for showings. And after each showing, we were contacted and given a detailed update. Mark and his team, are a very professional and energetic group. Mark helped us realize that it would be more advantageous for us to rent our properly and provided a full and comprehensive Property Management solution. UPDATE: Mark sold our home in a short time after it hit the market. We currently live in SouthWest Florida; the home we were selling is located in the SouthEastern part of Florida.
