Kathryn Pennell is a real estate professional with The Rucco Group at RE/MAX Direct. A South Florida native, her experience as a life-time local translates into a unique perspective for the financial planning and lifestyle benefits of raising a family in Palm Beach County.
 
Kathy launched her real estate career with RE/MAX 13 years ago after a successful career in finance with Chase Manhattan Bank. Her analytical background has proven especially valuable when considering market price for listed properties and negotiating terms for homebuyers. 
 
Above and Beyond Moment: “One time my clients were in a pinch to get their home ready for showing. I took them to Home Depot to pick up mulch, rolled up my sleeves and helped them lay it out. Looking back, I have to say we did a great job, the lawn looked great for a couple of amateur landscapers!”
